We offer a specialized marketplace for digital products, including but not limited to Reels bundles, E-books, templates, graphic assets, and educational resources (collectively, the “Digital Services” or “Products”).

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a digital license from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING DIGITAL NATURE: Please be aware that you are purchasing intangible, digital goods. No physical product will be shipped to you. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding legal agreement regarding the use, licensing, and limitations of these digital assets.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Software Updates: We strive to keep our templates and digital assets up to date. However, third-party platforms (such as Canva, Adobe, or Instagram) frequently update their interfaces and algorithms. We are not responsible if a template becomes temporarily incompatible due to a third-party software update that occurred after your purchase.

 

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our digital products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSING (CRITICAL SECTION)

All products listed on Nexveraa.com are 100% digital.

A. The License (What you are actually buying): When you purchase a product from Nexveraa, you are NOT buying the copyright to the design or the content. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product for your personal or business marketing.

B. Permitted Use:

  • You MAY use the templates/bundles for your personal social media or your own business marketing.

  • You MAY edit the templates to fit your brand.

C. Prohibited Use (Strictly Forbidden):

  • You MAY NOT resell, redistribute, or share the standalone files.

  • You MAY NOT include our products in a "membership" or "bundle" sold by you.

  • You MAY NOT share the download link with friends, colleagues, or "Group Buy" communities.

D. Software Requirements: It is your (the customer's) responsibility to ensure you have the required software to open the files (e.g., Canva, Adobe Reader, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, or a generic Zip file extractor). We do not offer refunds if you do not have the basic software skills or applications required to use the files.

SECTION 6 - DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS

No Physical Shipping: We are not liable for shipping delays because we do not ship physical goods.

Delivery Mechanism:

  • Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing your download links.

  • Spam/Promotions: It is your responsibility to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  • Download Limits: To prevent piracy, our download links may have a limit on the number of times they can be clicked (e.g., 3-5 attempts) or a time expiration. If you run out of downloads due to a technical error, you must contact support.

Risk of Loss: Once the download link is delivered to your email address, the "risk of loss" transfers to you. We are not responsible if you lose your files due to a hard drive crash or lost password. We highly recommend backing up your purchases immediately.

SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY (3-DAY TECHNICAL GUARANTEE)

Your purchase is subject to our specific Return and Refund Policy, which is stricter than physical retail due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods.

  • You have strictly 3 Days (72 Hours) to report a technical defect.

  • Refunds are NOT granted for "change of mind," "didn't like it," or "accidental purchase" once the file has been accessed.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order (to prevent unauthorized bulk distribution). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Pagasche Group / Nexveraa or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Violation Notice: If we discover that you have uploaded our products to a free download site, a torrent site, or are reselling them on Etsy/Shopify/Creative Market as your own, we will:

  1. Immediately revoke your access to all products.

  2. Issue a DMCA Takedown Notice against your website or store.

  3. Pursue legal compensation for damages.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (e.g., Canva templates). Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

SECTION 11 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Limitation of Damages: In no case shall Nexveraa, Pagasche Group, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nexveraa and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service (specifically regarding file sharing), we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
