Due to the inherent nature of digital goods—which cannot be physically returned, "unseen," or "unlearned" once downloaded—our Return and Refund Policy differs significantly from that of physical e-commerce stores.
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, to protect the integrity of our digital intellectual property, we enforce a strict but fair policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. General Return Policy (3-Day Window)
Unlike physical goods, digital assets are delivered instantly and irrevocably. Therefore, we do not offer "returns" in the traditional sense. Instead, we offer a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee solely under specific technical circumstances tailored to digital products.
You have strictly 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the exact date and time of your purchase to request a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return (refund), your request must meet strict criteria. We do not process refunds for "change of mind" or "incompatibility" due to user error.
Valid Reasons for a Refund:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice using the same email address. In this case, the duplicate transaction will be refunded immediately.
Invalid Reasons (Non-Refundable Circumstances):

Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchasing and/or downloading it.

Lack of Expertise: You purchased a template (e.g., for Canva, Photoshop, or Excel) but do not possess the necessary knowledge or software skills to edit or use it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the skills to use the product.

Software Incompatibility: You do not have the correct software required to open the files (e.g., buying a .PSD file without having Photoshop), despite the requirements being listed in the product description.

Accidental Purchase: You claim the purchase was made by mistake after the files have already been accessed or downloaded.

"Did Not Use" Claims: Claims that you purchased the product but decided not to use it for your project.
3. How to Start a Return / Refund Request

Required Information for Your Request: To expedite your request, your email must include:

Visual Proof (Crucial): Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the error, file corruption, or defect. We cannot process technical refunds without visual evidence of the failure.
Review Process: Once we receive your request, our technical team will review the evidence provided. We may ask strictly for one opportunity to troubleshoot the issue with you (e.g., providing a fresh download link or a different file format). If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be approved.
4. Damages, Issues, and File Corruption
Please inspect your digital order immediately upon reception (via email or download page).
In the rare event that a file is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong link:

We reserve the right to rectify "Damaged" goods by sending a replacement file first. A refund is only issued if the replacement file also fails to work.

For Reels Bundles and Video Assets: Please note that large file sizes may require a stable internet connection. "Download failure" due to the customer's internet speed is not considered a product defect.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of digital goods are exempt from being returned due to their immediate consumption nature.

Downloadable Software & Plugins: Once the license key is revealed or the file downloaded, it is final sale.

Gift Cards: Digital gift cards purchased on Nexveraa.com cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" event are final sale unless they are technically defective.
6. Exchanges (Digital Format Swaps)
We do not offer traditional "exchanges" (e.g., swapping one E-book for a different E-book).
However, if you purchased a file in one format (e.g., PDF) and realized you needed a different format that we also provide (e.g., EPUB), please contact support@nexveraa.com. While not guaranteed, we may, at our sole discretion, provide the alternative format as a courtesy if the price point is identical.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (Digital Waiver)
If you are purchasing from the European Union, standard consumer laws provide a 14-day cooling-off period. However, this right of withdrawal has specific exceptions for digital content.
By purchasing digital content from Nexveraa.com, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the following:

The performance of the contract (delivery of the digital content) begins immediately upon the successful payment and delivery of the download link.

Acknowledgment of Waiver: By starting the download of the digital content, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

Therefore, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our digital products once you have gained access to them. Our standard 3-Day Technical Defect policy will still apply.
8. Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request and reviewed your provided proofs (screenshots/recordings).

Approval: If your refund is approved based on a technical fault or non-delivery, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Timeline: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Typically, this takes 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We urge you to contact us directly at support@nexveraa.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Please be aware that any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback (claiming "Item not received" when our system shows the file was downloaded) will be permanently banned from Nexveraa.com, and we will submit all download logs and IP address records to the payment processor as evidence of fraud.
