  • NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

  • You will not receive a package in the mail.

  • There are no shipping fees.

1. General Delivery Information

All orders are processed automatically by our secure server immediately upon confirmation of payment. Because our inventory is digital, our "Shipping" is electronic and instant.

  • Shipping Method: Electronic Mail (E-mail) & Direct Browser Download.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE (₹0.00) for all customers, worldwide.

  • Delivery Destination: The email address provided by you at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

While most digital deliveries are instantaneous, please allow for standard server processing times.

  • Instant Access (0–5 Minutes): Under normal circumstances, you will receive your download link immediately after your payment is successfully processed. A "Download" button will typically appear on the "Thank You" / Order Confirmation page.

  • Email Delivery (0–10 Minutes): Simultaneously, a separate email containing your order receipt and unique download link(s) will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.

  • Potential Delays (Up to 24 Hours): In rare cases, if our system flags a transaction for security review (e.g., mismatched billing address or high-risk IP), the delivery may be paused manually for verification. In such cases, delivery will occur within 24 hours once the payment is verified.

3. How to Access Your Files

Once your order is "Shipped" (Delivered electronically), you can access your files in two ways:

  1. On the Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after paying, stay on the page. A button labeled "Download Now" (or similar) will be visible.

  2. Via Email: Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: "Your Order is Ready" or "Download Your Files - Nexveraa". Click the link inside to access your assets.

4. Troubleshooting Missing Deliveries

If you have not received your download link within 20 minutes of purchase, please follow these steps before contacting support. This is the most common "Shipping" issue for digital goods:

  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: 99% of "missing" emails are filtered into the Spam, Junk, or "Promotions" (Gmail) tabs.

  • Verify Email Address: Did you make a typo in your email address at checkout? (e.g., "https://www.google.com/search?q=gnail.com" instead of "gmail.com"). If you suspect this, contact us immediately.

  • Storage Space: Ensure your device (Mobile/Laptop) has sufficient storage space to download the files (especially for large Reels Bundles, which can be 1GB+).

If you still cannot locate your files, contact us at support@nexveraa.com with your Order Number and Full Name.

5. Download Limits & Link Expiration

To prevent piracy and unauthorized file sharing, our digital "shipping" links come with security constraints:

  • Download Attempt Limit: Each purchase grants you a limited number of download attempts (typically 3 to 5 clicks). Please download your files immediately and save them to a secure location (like Google Drive or a Hard Drive).

  • Link Expiration: Download links may expire after 30 days. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files within this timeframe.

  • Resetting Links: If your link expires or you reach your download limit due to a technical error, please contact support. We reserve the right to deny link resets if we detect suspicious activity (e.g., the link was shared with 50 different IP addresses).

6. System Requirements for Delivery

Since we "ship" files, not boxes, the customer is responsible for having the correct equipment to receive the delivery:

  • File Formats: We deliver files in common formats: .ZIP, .PDF, .MP4, or links to Canva Templates.

  • Unzipping: Most bundles are delivered as .ZIP files. You must know how to "Unzip" or "Extract" files on your computer or phone. We do not offer refunds for "delivery failure" if the failure is simply the customer not knowing how to unzip a file.

  • Mobile vs. Desktop: Large files (Reels Bundles) are best downloaded on a Desktop or Laptop first, then transferred to a phone. Downloading 2GB files directly to a phone via mobile data often results in failed downloads/corruption.

7. International "Shipping" (Global Access)

Since our products are digital, they are available to customers in every country worldwide.

  • No Customs Fees: Since there are no physical goods crossing borders, there are strictly no customs duties, import taxes, or VAT handling fees charged by shipping carriers.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (or converted by your bank).

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Before Delivery: Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be "cancelled" before shipment.

  • After Delivery: Once the download link is sent, the order is considered "Fulfilled" and "Delivered." Any recourse thereafter falls under our Return & Refund Policy (3-Day Technical Guarantee).
